I don't really leave reviews often but in this case it is very well deserved.I got my hair done by Kasey, and I hands down don't think I'll EVER go to anyone else!! She is just an absolute ROCKSTAR, she is so friendly, and a great conversationalist, and honestly she did a phenomenal job with my hair at an amazing price point as well! Handled lifting my black box due like a pro and somehow read my MIND about what exactly shade of brown I wanted for my highlights!!! She was prompt and even got the door for me on my way in! She was an absolute peach to work with and gave me exactly what I wanted!!! Despite her graduating only earlier this year, she is by far one of the best I've ever seen, or had the pleasure of working with. The atmosphere of the salon was wonderful and the other stylist that was there was also so very kind! Best salon experience I've EVER had. 100/10. Will be returning again and again to her!

I’ve had the privilege of knowing Kasey long before she started cosmetology school, and have had wonderful services from her since then. Kasey has grown and improved so much in the little time since she graduated and joined Beautistry! In February I went to get my hair cut and decided I wanted to try some highlights for the first time. I wasn’t quite sure what to expect, with it being my first time, but I could not be happier with the result! Kasey did such a good job and I will continue coming back to her.

The cut was great. The vibrant colors I got, not so much. I was supposed to get a dark purple ombre into a lilac/light purple. The first thing that set me off was that they did not do a test strip to make sure the bleach would lift my hair the desired amount to be able to actually do the color I wanted. After I had gotten the all-over bleach, I began to have the dye applied. Color for the purples looked awesome. Midway through the process one of the other employees began to also work on my hair, which concerned me since I wasn't aware whether or not she was aware of the end goal I had for my hair. She did not seem to communicate with either me or my hairstylist and ended up applying the darker dye where I had not wanted it. I pointed out that I had not wanted the darker purple there, and she pretty much said too late now it's already applied and convinced me that it would look better this way. She also began altering the hair dye's color (which I think was fine since it was a mid-tone for the ombre) but she had not asked me at all about this (And was also not the hairdresser I was paying for!) At this point I had to convince myself that it was gonna turn out fine. After the dye was rinsed out, it began to get dried. I saw the colors coming through, and I was relieved. However, I felt a little off about the lighter color. It was clear that the light purple had not stuck well in multiple areas and was not the desired color. I don't have many complaints for the hairdresser I had (Kasey), but I felt that it was very inappropriate that another hairdresser had stepped in and started working on my hair. My hair is pretty, but not what I wanted. This is supposed to be the hair I'll be getting engaged with. Needless to say, I am very underwhelmed and disappointed in Beautistry. I will not be coming back here unless it is for them to repair what was done.

I love my hair!!! I’m usually super indecisive, but Kasey helped me find the perfect balance. I wanted to keep some blonde while letting my natural hair grow in, and she suggested a lived-in color that looks amazing. I still feel blonde, but I don’t have to stress about my roots showing like when I was platinum. Kasey was also so fun and easy to talk to. I definitely recommend her!
