Emily gave me an amazing service today! She took all the time in the world analyzing and explaining my cut, and I really appreciated her expertise in blending. Zenovia at the front desk was also incredibly helpful — she walked me through all the product offerings for future reference. Matthew was so kind, patient, and informative during my consultation. He answered all my questions, explained exactly what my hair needed, and even suggested budget-friendly options, which gave me the confidence to move forward. For my appointment, I went with Lexi — and she was absolutely incredible. Warm, genuine, and professional, she took the time to understand what I wanted, explained every step clearly, and made sure I felt comfortable throughout. Her honesty and recommendations for both cut and colour were spot on, and even the small touches like the relaxing wash and head massage made a difference.
