The manager, Judy, and the esthetician, Christian, stepped in and completely turned my experience around. It's been a challenging journey, but their dedication has made all the difference. I can't praise Christian enough. He possesses the patience of Jobe and the expertise to address the issues I encountered with a previous MedSpa esthetician. Christian took the time to understand and accommodate my needs and expectations, which speaks volumes about his commitment to his clients. I had a very awesome experience with Beauty Factory Medspa. I've been to other Medspas but this is so far the best the entire Las Vegas has. Starting from a very friendly and accommodating staff, it's a very cozy place just like your home away from home. A classy experience yet very affordable especially with the services they offer that will make you keep on coming back for more. I highly recommend this to all. Everyone deserves to be pampered and this is the BEST place to do it.

I had the Signature Deluxe Facial at Beauty Factory Medspa and honestly, it was amazing. From the moment I walked in, the vibe was super relaxing, and the staff made me feel really comfortable. The esthetician took the time to look at my skin and tailored the facial to exactly what I needed. The whole experience felt luxurious from the deep cleanse and exfoliation to the facial massage and hydrating mask. My skin felt so soft and glowy afterward! You can tell they use high-quality products and really know what they’re doing. If you’re looking to treat yourself or just want your skin to feel fresh and healthy, I’d totally recommend checking this place out. Definitely one of the best facials I’ve ever had.

I don’t know what else to say but wow! I’ve recently joined the self-care club and it was probably the best decision I’ve ever made. Not only am I getting a Hydrofacial with all these great upgrades I’m getting a massage as well. I’ve never been to a med spa with massage therapist! I recently got my xeonim from the NP Jessica And I’ve never looked so snatched. If you want a luxury experience and a great value Check this place out you will not be Disappointed.
