The team in general is awesome. The facility is clean and bright. Super professional. I have been dealing with an Achilles issue for a few years McKenzie was consultative gave great advice as it pertained to exercises to strengthen certain ligaments and muscles. An amazing practitioner. I recommend her to anyone who needs a professional RMT in the GTA.

I just received one of the best massages here from Ahrani; she was fantastic and gentle. She identified which areas to focus on after having a conversation with me before the massage. She clearly understood my concerns and concentrated mainly on those points. 10/10, I would suggest requesting her. I will certainly aim to visit here monthly from now on, as this was very beneficial. Also, the best customer service at the reception with a smiling face welcoming me. ☺️

The facility itself is clean. However, I feel I have wasted my money with my masseuse McKenzie. My body requires some effort and strength to iron out the knots. During my session, I had specifically asked for more pressure. I actually received the exact opposite and at times, her fingers were just grazing my skin. I kept thinking that more pressure will be applied eventually, but then the session was over.

I’ve had a few services here (scalp massage, foot reflexology and lymphatic massage) and all three were amazing! I love that they offer so many different massages for relaxation or therapy! Highly recommend coming to hand in demand for your massages!
