The girls there are so friendly and they always are more than happy to help. today I went in with green hair and they called their coworker on their day off to make sure that I was getting correct information and the correct products they really go above and beyond here (ps it works. I am back to blonde.) :)

Good local spot for hair and beauty products. They carry a wide variety—shampoos, conditioners, hair dyes, styling tools, lashes, and more. It's handy to have everything in one place. The staff have always been friendly when I’ve gone in. Parking’s a bit tight (only a few spots out front), but the store is wheelchair accessible, which is great. I haven’t used the salon myself, but my 20-year-old son goes there and trusts their work, which says something. Overall, a solid place to shop if you're in Orillia and need beauty supplies.

This was my second time visiting this store. I wanted to give it a second chance after my first visit. Because after my first visit I left with nothing and said to myself I won't be back. Well I gave it a second try. I will definitely not be going back, I will not be giving this establishment my money. If you want hair products please go to Sally's in Barrie. BSO staff are not knowledgeable, they could care less to help or to answer questions and are really snobby as well. Sally's staff will take time with you, knowledgeable and will answer any questions with a educated answer. I absolutely do not recommend.
