Purchased a wig I thought I liked, I paid to get the lace cut and colored. When I got home I realized it wasn’t the wig I had originally picked out so I called to see if they can replace it. They told me to come back so I did and when I went in they said they can’t replace it because I paid to get the lace cut and colored. The lady who cut and colored the wig for me was sweet but she tried to convince me the one I was sold was the one I originally asked for (Which it wasn’t, I don’t wear wigs so I knew exactly what I wanted to make it easy to apply, even had a picture with the one I thought I had bought) I think they ran out of the one I wanted and she was so desperate for the sale she sold me one thinking it can pass since I told I was inexperienced with wigs. So 100$ dollars waisted a on bulky wig I will most likely never wear. Please if you go here make sure you know what you are buying and are sold the right product.

Great customer service. The wig is beautiful and look as real hair. Great price. I was very happy with my purchase and the attention. I will back to buy other wig.

I went to buy a wig at night, and when I arrived, the store was about to close. The lady told me they were closing the door, so I felt rushed and quickly picked a brown wig. They didn't offer me the opportunity to really see the color. At the register, I asked if I could return the wig if I didn't like the color, and the cashier said I could, but there would be no cash back. I agreed, thinking it wouldn't be a problem. When I got home and opened the wig, I realized I didn't like the color. The next day, I returned to the store, still with the tags attached. However, they told me I couldn't exchange it because they claimed I had already used it. I received incorrect information initially and did not get the product I wanted. I plan to file a complaint with the Bureau of Business because they rushed me and did not provide the right information about the product and refund.
