I had curtains (automatic) done by this company 5/6 years ago and we had no issue with that, recently I had to fix a curtain and I took the time to let them wash them. They were fast and even under winter break reliable on pick up and cleaning; there was some miscommunication on the costs and what it was supposed to do (they redo all old chiffon etc without asking first). The curtains probably because old, I actually don't know, but they came back a bit ruined (the sun passing trough)..luckily they took the time to fix it with extra drape behind that (it was a good job) and resolved. They didn't ask for the payment a the end for this reason, appreciated that. I may suggest to use them but be always clear on communication and requests.

What an incredible company, the best quality handyman in Dubai that I've experienced. The owner, David, came by personally to see the job and offer a quote and from there every step of the custom work was flawless.
