These guys are AMAZING. I purchased a used Audi RS7 with APR tuning from a local dealer. The car had a check engine light on before I purchased it and the dealer refused to address. I found out Futrell did the original tune and called them, talked through the CEL and the vehicle history with Futrell. Once purchased I took it straight to Dean. They helped diagnose the CEL, fixed it and looked over the car in detail for any potential future maintenance concerns. They even helped me find the company that performed the audio system upgrades. The level of detail Futrell has is impeccable, especially on such complex, high performance vehicles. I've owned several German cars over the past 20 years. My only regret is not finding Futrell sooner. These guys are honest, trustworthy and very fair and transparent in pricing. I'm a huge fan and customer for life. Thanks Dean and team!
