Went in for my first service appointment after leasing a new car. Very friendly and quick. The tech sends a cool little video of the inspection and explains what’s going on. Love that! Also appreciate the text updates. I hate dealing with car things, especially as a woman. I feel welcome and at ease in here. Highly recommend

I brought in my new Kia K4 GT for a ceramic coating which requires around 3 hours wait time. As soon as I arrived, I was greeted like an honored guest. They immediately knew who I was (because I guess they scanned my car?) and I was made comfortable in the well-appointed waiting area, which is comprised of several spacious rooms. My service technician, Omar, immediately texted me so that I was able to reach him directly during the process, should I need to. This is my first experience buying and having a Kia, and I am just sorry I waited this long!

My car was fixed after 3 weeks..I gave them my information and who I purchased my car from. I let them know I have a warranty that should cover all repairs. They said I have no warranty which I do. I had to pay for a rental and everything out of pocket to now submit all my own paperwor to be reimbursed when it could have been a very smooth process. The Guy I worked with was nice I just felt like I had to keep checking in to see where the process was.
