Called out this company to look at our hot water tank . First of all I rang to make sure they where coming. Lady on phone said I was not booked in for a visit. Got a call back from someone else shortly saying someone would be out. The guy that come around did not seem interested or now much about our system and said it was a value and we needed a water softener. Told us they would get in touch with us with a quote . Week later still have not heard anything. So called another company out who have said its the expansion vessel that has gone and the value . Very disappointed with the service provided from your company as failed to remember our call out and lack of interested trying to help us sort the problem out

Five stars once again for the team at Brennans & Son. We’ve used them a number of times over the years, a great local family run business. New Boiler installed, annual boiler serving, re hang loose radiator etc. We recently moved house and there were a few things we needed to get sorted. New taps in bathroom, replace WC syphon, free up a few radiator valves that were sticking & guidance on our electric shower that was intermittent - it just needed descaling … Great service Would highly recommend

My boiler stopped working on Christmas Eve and was fixed on the same day just in time for Christmas - phew! The individual I initially spoke to on the phone was very professional and knowledgeable as was Justin who visited the property. I would highly recommend Brennan & Son.

Shout out to Luke. He turned up within the time frame given, did the job efficiently, and was pleasant, communicative and effective. I recommend him, and if he's typical of Brennan & Son's employees, I recommend Brennans. I'd certainly use them again.
