I just had an amazing appointment with Daniela, who was so honest about everything throughout every step of the process. It was my first appointment in two years after a bad experience elsewhere and I can confidently say that I will be returning in the next two months. I also had a pleasant conversation with both Louis and Jessie who were so supportive on my way out! Would definitely recommend this place.
10 STARS! I don't have enough words to describe my wonderful experience with Riley. I had an appointment for grey blending / highlights and a cut and she absolutely killed it! Colour is exactly what I wanted and the cut is stylish and sophisticated. Riley is so sweet and takes her time to ensure every detail is absolute perfection. The salon is so welcoming and I don't feel out of place there like some high end salons! I would highly recommend Riley, but I don't want everyone knowing about the best place in Aurora!
Caroline was absolutely fabulous. She saw my exact vision and delivered 100%. She was super nice and accommodating and I clicked with her so well. She also trimmed by bangs for me, and I appreciate her precise cut which I prefer for my hair. I haven't been to the salon in probably close to 8 years, and I'm one of those people that gets salon anxiety. Not anymore! This is my new go to spot. As soon as you walk in for your appointment, they offer you coffe, tea, water, cookies. Everyone there was very friendly and seemed passionate about their job. The experience was overall a 10/10, and I would recommend this place to any of my friends and family!
