Avoid this company – poor quality and worse service Ordered a triple bunk bed from Bed Kingdom and had nothing but problems from the start. The delivery arrived with no fixings at all, which delayed the entire assembly process. I had to wait for new fixings to be sent out, and when they finally arrived, some were still missing. To make things worse, I noticed the holes on the bed didn’t even align properly, making it impossible to assemble. Completely unacceptable for brand new furniture. Customer service took a week to respond and resolve the issue. At first, they tried to send a replacement bed, but I refused and requested a refund instead. They agreed—but now they can’t even stick to the arranged collection date. I’ve had two huge boxes sitting in my hallway for days because of a “system glitch.” Overall, terrible experience from start to finish. Poor quality product, slow and unreliable customer service, and failure to follow through with collection. Avoid this company at all costs.

Ordered a bed last Thursday for delivery to Edinburgh the next day. I was given a 3 hour window - but got a call Friday informing me the delivery would be a couple of hour earlier. Guys arrived on time and followed specific instructions I gave about location. Nice mid-sleeper bed for a small bedroom. Managed to put it together in a few hours at a leisurely pace. No hassles. Will order again. Thanks Shahid

The delivery was on time and all was packaged great. The instructions easy to follow and I was building it with my daughter and we haven’t had a single problem with the build. The bed is great quality and sturdy. Very happy with the purchase and definitely recommend this company.

Poor Quality Product & Dismissive Aftercare – Would Not Recommend! We purchased a Flair Greyson Triple Bunk Bed via BedKingdom and were shocked by the poor quality: chipped edges, lifting tape, glue residue, and rough finishing. As a furniture manufacturer myself, I can confirm these are not “minor cosmetic issues” — they are clear signs of poor workmanship. Despite offering a fair resolution (50% refund or a full replacement with labour covered), the company repeatedly downplayed the issues and refused to take responsibility. Their aftercare was dismissive and slow, showing a serious lack of duty of care. We’ve now had to escalate through Klarna and Trading Standards. If you expect decent customer service or product quality, I strongly recommend avoiding this company.
