I have used Redwind to board my dogs multiple times. The facility at Redwind is top-notch, and the staff is over-the-top friendly and accommodating. Seeing how my dogs react to the employees both when I drop them off and again when I pick them up tells me all that I need to know. My dogs are obviously loved while I am away. I highly recommend Redwind Pet Resort!
The staff is nice loved the pickup and delivery service but I am seriously unhappy with them. My dogs first stay ended with her getting 8 staples due to her hopping the fence. After that incident both me and the pet resort decided it would be best if she was in a fully enclosed fenced area with a top. She had been back there 3 separate times no issues, this time however they got lazy she tried to hop the fence and tore her ACL. Just spent 400 at the vet and now I have to spend 3000. Very disappointed and disgusted at the moment. I will never take my kid 'dog' back,
Teddy loves all the staff and they seem to love him too. Very accommodating.
