I have been been to many Pilates studios over the years but when I met Leigh Ann and joined her Bedrock Pilates studio I found my home. Leigh Ann is a first class instructor. Her classes are taught at all different levels and she explains each movement as to how this benefits us and what muscles we are working. She is hands on when it comes to perfecting your positions. You have to try Bedrock Pilates. She is an incredible teacher and even a better person. You don’t know what you’re missing!!

I have been attending classes at Bedrock Pilates for many, many years and give it my highest recommendation. Leigh-Ann is a wonderful teacher and takes great pride in motivating everyone to achieve their best. Currently I have been having private lessons to increase my strength and flexibility after hip surgery and it has been marvelous how much progress is being made. The classes are great and no matter what shape you are in, Pilates can benefit your health and fitness. You will always leave with a smile on your face

I have thoroughly enjoyed classes with Leigh-Ann for the past several years and I plan to keep going forever. She so deeply understands the body and how it moves plus she communicates with ease and good humour. She has helped me through chronic neck and shoulder tension and weak core muscles as well as acute injuries. I would give her all the stars but I am limited to 5 in this review. I 100% recommend Bedrock Pilates!

She is very knowledgeable and gives all the pertinent cues during instruction which allows for optimum benefit for each of the moves. Her attention to detail and her customer service is stellar.
