A bit disappointed this time. I’ve been coming here for years and haven’t been coking as frequently, so I was surprised to see it under new management. Without a private area, of course some background noise is to be expected. However, the front desk and another gentleman were on the speakerphone with lots of conversation over billing accounts. It was extremely distracting and unnecessary and continued for easily 20 minutes. The massage was great otherwise.

I referred a relative to come to have a massage and during their massage on more than one occasion a male masseuse that she was put with would inappropriately rub his private area against her and even when she would move her hand , he would reposition himself to rub his private area against her. This male works during the afternoon. It's sad that someone would behave like this in a place for relaxation that I would recommend to others to go to for massages. I'm disappointed in the unprofessionalism of this staff member. I hope he does not do this to anyone else. Yes it is your establishment. I will be more than happy to call and speak to you. I'm glad you hired another person. Hopefully it was to replace this individial. I will try to get this young lady to tell me his name. She is traumatized by it. It happened more than once and every time she would scheduled she was be put with this same mman. After the last time she didn't schedule again. You are located near Greenwood mall and if so yes this is where we would come to get massages.

I’m so thrilled I feel amazing this town has no idea how relaxing that was and for one hour full body was $60. She done amazing!! Love the music very soothing and hot oil and hot rocks!! Love them first time and going back!!!

Overall good, Helen was my massage therapist. She did great when she did not use her elbow. Hopefully next time will be a slower more relaxing massage. I felt she went quick with the massage like fast paced and too much elbow.
