Her Plus Data Manchester

HER+Data MCR are a grassroots, volunteer-run community for women in data and tech and we rely on sponsorship from organisations across Manchester to run our programming. Colony Co.work very generously hosted our September meetup by providing a meeting space in their gorgeous Piccadilly location, which is the perfect city-centre spot. They rearranged the furniture in the reception area to create a cosy environment for our attendees to enjoy a set of presentations. We were able to make use of the kitchen space to have our pizzas and drinks, and they very kindly provided use of their crockery and cutlery, as well as tea and water. It provided the perfect networking environment! Tiegan the Events Coordinator was especially helpful, allowing us to view the space beforehand and walk through ways we could set up the space. She and the team were so supportive, and we are very grateful to them for hosting us in their immaculate facilities. We can't wait to come back!

My favourite co-working spot in the city centre. Perfectly situated right near Piccadilly train station, awesome coffee shop and food facilities nearby. Staff are really helpful and nice kitchen facilities. Nice number of booths for private calls too. Internet also very good!
