It was probably an honest mistake, judging by the way they packed it. But instead of admitting it, they just pretend they are right. So now I would consider this theft and will never go back or order again.

Ravindran C PFairly good service. A wide variety and plentiful stocks. Empty cans and bottles are accepted at the store. More and more beer stores are shutting down in the Toronto area and finding a store to take the empty cans is becoming a big challenge.
Andrew MacKinnonDon't let yourself get ripped off! I've been coming to this beer store for many years and with the exception of one employee generally enjoy this location. On one of my most recent visits I was returning empties. Rather then the typical receipt that they give you if your purchasing more beer I was advised to just go ahead and get whatever I was going to purchase. When the employee rang me through, he verbalized that he was discounting my 200 cans. I paid the remaining balance and then immediately asked for the receipt. This is when the employee quickly realized he was caught, he handed me a $5 bill with my reciept and tried to explain that "the system does weird things and the empties were applied at 150 even though he entered 200". This makes no sense and it is obvious that he is running a scam and stealing from customers. This is my second time having an experience like this with the same person.
