For a chain restaurant, it’s great, pricey but great. We were there on Saturday Nov 22, Our server was kind and friendly, she always made sure we had drinks and made sure we were happy. The food was great but we ordered too much and took most of the nachos home. Great craft beer on tap too!!

Went here for a birthday, service was good and the food and drinks were good. Seems a little too pricy but nothing much you can do about that. The fire alarm went off when we got our food and the manager offered us coupons for appetizers on our next visit.

We are big fans of Beertown North in London, and have recently started ordering takeout from them. Both times there have been issues with the portions. Please see the pictures included. Does this look like $19 or 1 pound worth of wings? It is not, it’s 9 ounces, or 1/2 a pound. Do these look like $9 small salads? The containers shown are about quart sized. We orders $60 worth of food and will end up hungry. Unacceptable! We would like to be compensated.

We had our family Christmas at the Masonville location yesterday. The food was fantastic, atmosphere fantastic, service fantastic! Our servers went above 5 stars. I remember our one servers name is Lauren. Unfortunately I forget our 2nd server. The Manager was absolutely fantastic to help us book and set up for our large group dinner. Merry Christmas and thank you so much!
