For a place that charges you quite a bit more than a regular store, I would very much expect basic cleaning. Such as no mold or visible milk left around the dairy counter. As someone who worked at a grocery store, customers legitimately will put items back if the place that is holding them is filthy. I legitimately felt dirty holding my bag of milk and had to ask a cashier for some napkins to wipe off the milk that was on the back of milk I grabbed. You make enough money with the cost you choose to sell your products at, you can ensure that your store is clean.

Progressively gone down hill in the last 2 years. After my experience this week I'll be back to avoiding going here. They don't like when you have to pay in cash because you won't use self scan. When you do use self scan the cashier hovers and you basically should just let her do it. If you use a cashier you can't watch as closely for incorrectly scanning items which happens frequently. Walked out with 2 bags of groceries at over 70$ and 14$ was overcharge. When returning to the store to get my money back a department worker helping the customer service person was extremely rude. First pretending I didn't exist then shouted 'just give it to her' and stomped off. By law the price listed is the price I pay. That's the law, correct your signs. And if they are complicated to understand don't post it... too many people now are ESL save yourself hassle and be clear.

Very disappointing experience on April 10th at this store. An employee stationed at the self-checkout area displayed clear racial bias and was openly disrespectful toward certain customers. It’s unacceptable for any business to allow this kind of behavior, especially in a space that should be inclusive and welcoming to all. Management needs to take immediate action and ensure proper training is in place. I won’t be returning to this store. Forgot to add my review immediately on the day, remembered the incident while going through my receipts last month
