4 Beds 2 Baths - House II IT NORMAL FOR A REAL ESTATE AGENT/BROKER TO BE ABSOLUTELY HOSTILE AND REFUSE TO END AN AGREEMENT WHEN THE CLIENT IS UNHAPPY? Even to the detriment of the clients health? Would you use that realtor????? Would you want to work with someone who you don't trust, and makes you uncomfortable? Would you want that person in your house? In your business? Instead of releasing the agreement and walking away, they tell you to go get mental help? Why would a realtor act this way???? I Will NEVER recommend "Bell Realty". I am having to take legal action, and file a formal complaint. If you want to be held hostage by a realtor, then bell is the ones to go to....but you'll regret it. I promise you. EDIT: THIS is what I am dealing with....... 1. I thought I was signing with Diane Bell, turns out I was assigned to her son Darcy Bell. Simply because he was with her…she told me that “I have whole team of agents” without ever mentioning that darcy would have the listing. I didn’t know until I saw the sign. He has not contacted me once since the initial meeting, and will not return my calls or texts. 2. No copy of contract was left with me, Diane said I was a liar. 3. The MLS Number wasn't assigned for nearly 2 weeks, and only AFTER I asked to negate the agreement. 4. I have asked repeated, via text, email and phone to end the relationship...she refuses. 5. I do not want her in my house, so how can she sell it? 6. She is holding me hostage, and does not care that I am suffering hardship because of her. 7. She initially claimed, that selling now was a positive thing, as there are less houses on the market, and less competition for current buyers. After I mentioned the lack od MLS assignment, she then proceeded to say that I couldn't expect a buyer at this time of year! AFTER I signed her agreement. She professed “Ontario buyers coming down to see potential rental properties” I have seen none, nor has she called for a viewing. I believe this was all pretense to convince me to sign with her, while she has no prospect at all. 8. She has ignored my calls, or texts, and refuses to engage with me professionally. 9. "Darcy” will not answer me at all, even though he is supposed to be the assigned agent. 10. After begging to be released, as I no longer believe she will work in my best interest, she laughed, told me she was going to sell my house whether I wanted her or not. How? 11. I told her I was filing a complaint…she told me to go ahead, she doesn’t care. She has been “doing this for 34 years”… 12. After telling her I didn’t want to be held hostage, she simply doesn’t respond to me. 13. She told me that she wouldn’t release the agreement because she “wasn’t coming to my house for nothing” “she is going to get paid. 14. After many calls to other agents, no one thought this was correct or professional. 15. I am seeking legal action. 16. When I told her that her actions were causing me emotional distress, she sent me a number to mental health. 17. I told her a falsehood, to see what she did with the info…. she double downed, and claimed an imaginary person called them, because I sent them. I couldn’t send an imaginary person, and now she claims that I am the liar. 18.Claims so many interested parties…but has not contacted me for one showing. 19. doesn’t have a copy of my key. She cannot show the house; how can she sell it? Therefore, she will hold my house for eternity? 20. This agent/broker is not following realty operations, is rude, unprofessional and now will not release me. 21. She is using personal information against me. 22. She refuses to provide me a copy of the contract. 23. She is UNETHICAL, DISHONEST, UNPROFESSIONAL. She is a BULLY. She uses peoples Mental Health against them. DOES THIS SEEM PROFESSIONAL TO YOU????

if I could give negative stars....I would. This company is holding my listing hostage, and does not have my best interests in mind. They are THE WORST realtor in PEI. Imagine a client telling you that they do not trust you, and you FORCE them keep you. Run far far away...DO NOT SAY YOU WEREN'T WARNED, I WISH I HAD BEEN.
