Customer experiences
A very upscale, modern design interior. Clean sight lines and an uncluttered space. Lovely selection of affordable jewelry and accessories. The clothing displays heralding the coming of autumn, all organized by colour tones and textures. Beautiful pieces with prices to match. Very friendly service and atmosphere!
I have a mixed review of this store. On the one hand, there are definitely some cute pieces with sizing that seems more inclusive than you often find at boutiques, which I appreciated. There’s a good range of styles that could work for different body types, and a few standout items that felt worth the price. I found the customer service was kinda hit or miss. Some of the sales associates were helpful and kind, while others felt a bit disengaged or inattentive. At one point, my boyfriend was left putting dresses back on the rack while the staff stood nearby, which made the experience feel a little off. For the price point, you’d expect a higher level of care and attentiveness. Overall, it’s a beautiful store with potential… i guess it just depends on who’s working and what you’re looking for that day.
I love this store. I live far away & usually order online. The customer service has been outstanding with advice over the phone. The clothes are beautiful, one of a kind - I’ve never had to return anything. It’s the first place I visit when I’m able to travel to Vancouver.
My children and I (children ages 18 and 21) visited Bella and Wren on this past lovely Friday afternoon. We browsed through the store and I found a pair of shoes that were on sale to try on. I grabbed the box from the bottom of the pile and put it on the table right beside the display to take them out to try on. The sales woman came over and grabbed the pairs of shorts that were on the table, seemingly annoyed that I put the shoes on the table. I took the shoes to a nearby chair to try them on and she then brought the shorts back to the table and brought the empty box of shoes over to me. She seemed put out and passive aggressive. I asked her if everything was ok? She replied with an overly sweet, passive aggressive, “yes, of course”. I carried on trying on the shoes and purchased them. After we left, and before I gave them my opinion of our experience in Bella and Wren, my children said they felt like it was a weird vibe in there and that the sales woman seemed annoyed or angry or something. Our experience soured the rest of our time in Fort Langley and although it is a beautiful store with nice things, the customer service lefts us feeling confused and angry that we would be treated in such an unkind way. Don’t shop here unless you are looking to be treated like garbage.
Bella & Wren is a women's clothing store.
