One of the worst salon experiences I’ve ever had. I clearly told the receptionist and floor manager that I had to travel the same day, and requested extra care. Despite that, their so-called “skin polish” burned my face and neck. I developed a painful rash that ruined my entire trip — constant irritation, discomfort, and no relief. When I reached out to complain, instead of taking accountability, they blamed my “sensitive skin” and had the nerve to ask me to come back and get the service again. After the damage they caused? Absolutely ridiculous. The haircut was just as bad — I had to go straight to another salon to get it fixed. Unprofessional, careless, and totally tone-deaf. They don’t value customers or take responsibility for their mistakes. Never going back, and I strongly advise others to stay away.

I visited this salon with my mom and availed some services. I didn't have any high expectations since some salons have overpriced services that don't satisfy me. However, your salon's polite staff and budget-friendly services exceeded my expectations. I highly recommend your massage service. From next time onwards, I'll definitely come to your salon.
