Great experience, very friendly staff, and very helpful. Though the kitty we found on the streets was microchipped and had most likely been hit by a car; we cared for it for about two weeks before we were able to find out about and get the kitty to Bella SPCA to help evaluate the poor kitty because it could not walk on its left back leg and when they found out he was microchipped they helped up track down the previous owner who had actually adopted the kitty from Bella SPCA and she was so glad and grateful to get her fur baby back home after he had got out of the new house they had moved to and got turned around and lost for 9 months. She lived in Edmond, and we live in Midwest City, so he had traveled far! I'm glad we were able to help the kitty and get him safe and sound back home to his owner who then had to take him and get him additional Vet care because he needed X-Rays to see the damage to his leg and he ended up having to have surgery to repair a broken hip and pelvic bone. The owner was nice enough to keep us updated on his injuries and additional care/treatment that he got and his condition as she was so happy that we found her lost kitty and we returned him to her after months of searching for him herself! I would highly recommend this non-profit for anyone who has pets in need of care! It was Halloween when we went in and most of the staff was dressed up or had cute Halloween T-shirts on which was a cute and fun addition and bonus of the visit that day and since they went above and beyond to help us track down the owners, they refunded the deposit we paid for the visit as well!

Exceptional care for my furbaby.. Sadly I had to put my precious best friend furbaby down yesterday.. I was totally lost in a cloud of grief, but the staff helped me tremendously,,especially Katelyn,, The level of love, care, empathy and compassion she shows was next level,,, every single Veterinary Clinic in the world needs A Katelyn in it. You became my family yesterday 😪⚘️ Thank you DVM Johns for all the care and genuine love you will always be my Veterinarian of choice for all my animals I promise ❤️ I wish I could have gotten his ashes back, but my limited income would only allow me to be a responsible loving pet parent and make sure that he wasn't suffering from the affects of cancer any longer 😢 💔 R.I.P Tiggah you will be forever missed my love.

I absolutely love this place! The staff is super friendly and really care about the animals. They greet you with a reassuring smile right when you arrive. Making sure you’re taken care of within (usually) 5 minutes. They made our visit easy and took really good care of Bruno. I knew he was in good hands when he went back to have his ears cleaned. They are always willing to help my boy with whatever it is he may need. Today, they went above and beyond, which I grateful appreciate. Brittney literally took extra time to demonstrate how to dispense my boy’s much needed medication. Since they are a non-profit animal hospital, they keep prices affordable. The people and the care are worth 10x the prices they charge. Definitely recommend to anyone looking for a kind, affordable vet!

I was completely impressed the minute I walked in the door. Nice, clean facility and very friendly staff! The vet was AMAZING and treated my dog like he was her own. She took time to explain everything to me and love on my dog, Toby Keith. We were both very comfortable in her presence and I was very satisfied with the services that she provided. I’m so glad that I chose Bella Hospital over high priced veterinary clinics that I can’t afford. In my opinion, the service and overall experience for myself and my animal was better at Bella Hospital than I could have got anywhere else for much more money.
