Honestly, the pieces are amazing and decently priced for what they are worth. All hope for the company always, however, they need to start getting their facts straight before randomly accusing people. Let me set the story. Me and my other few friends (one being my girlfriend of 3 MONTHS *will be important for later) were having a stroll at BROOKLYN SPRING FAIR. We checked out their pieces and honestly I would buy if I had CASH (I only had tap). Anyways I was walking towards another booth and this lady comes up and said weren't you the people that stole from us at some RIB Fair (I don't know if that was correct or not as I never have been). BAFFLED, I was obvious hesitating because on everything I love it wasn't us. She started being real snarky, and saying SURE, and starting accusing us again. I asked her where that was, what that was and obviously the timeframe. She replied saying she didn't know where that was, that it was a another fair type thing and that it was at JULY 2024. I told that lady on everything I love I didn't do that, and god can strike me down if I was lying. She said but the lady looked like her and had the same BLACK COACH BAG. I don't know if this lady is out of the loop but that's a pretty popular bag * and to add on she got it between December 2024 - January 2025 (WE HAVE PROOF). During July 2024, I WASN'T EVEN IN CANADA (can send proof) !!!! She told us she had pictures of the suspect, but as she was scrolling she was like you guys don't have to stay here. I wished I stayed because I wanted to humble that OBVIOUS RACIST LADY. They told us they got robbed worth of $500 worth of merchandise, and I honestly felt bad for them because nobody deserves that. When we left (Thinking she just accepted her mistake), my friend overheard her saying I KNOW IT WAS THEM, and something else. I'm not here to defamation anyone at all, I just wanted to tell my experience, as experience and service always overlaps quality. That lady should have gotten her facts straight before she went around accusing people, because not only did my friends try backing us up and tried to offer proof (as long side me) ruining my PR, but it also just ruined our experience at BROOKLYN SPRING FAIR. That lady needs to be checked out. Even worse if that was the owner. Can't pull out the discrimination card, because I didn't know the circumstance. REPLY IF YOU WANT PROOF THAT WE WEREN'T THERE LAST YEAR and send us the pictures of the suspect. I don't want anything for free or even in return, I just want that discriminatory lady out of this business; as someone who studies business.
