She was lovely and friendly best service ever! Travelled to Leeds for one night from Essex and very happy I came into this shop! Great service, warm, friendly and extremely helpful. After loosing quite a bit of weight I had absolutely no idea what bra size I was and pooped in to the Leeds store on the off chance they could do a bra fitting Katie was fabulous. A great asset to the team, who took her time to explain correct bra wearing and what it needed to fit like. Found a bra in my new size and left very happy Thanks to all the team in the store during my visit!

I had a fantastic experience in store today thanks to Katie. She served me in the toy department and made me feel very comfortable, which was amazing as I was so nervous coming in store. She explained everything in an easy to understand way and I left really happy with my purchase. All the staff were lovely and friendly, they're a credit to the company!
