The salesman was excellent. The delivery was timely. I really appreciate the veterans tax exemption. When the two young delivery guys came to my home I needed a very small bad moved a few feet, the one guy was very cold with me and assumed that I could not pay him whatever he wanted to charge me to move the bed for me he simply said that I did not want to know how much it cost. As a 71 year old disabled American veteran who is also handicapped I thought that I was treated pretty cold. After much thought and a young grandson remembering that my daughter had purchased furniture from your store last year he decided to assist me. In the future please do not assume because a person is a female and an African-American that they are not a veteran .
Went in as a stranger, left feeling like family. Doug was our salesman at fort gratiot store, helped us find a sectional that would fit a odd space, took longer that expected but we were not upset as things happen. The manager was very sorry for the delay but he has no control of productions. When sectional came in their team came and set it up. Popped into the port huron store and doug was there, we were in the market to buy a new bed/ frame but did not anticipate a FABULOUS floor sample sale and a foam box mattress would clinch the deal. Doug is a down to earth fella and we always have fun chatting with him, even though it cost us a couple thousand dollars 💸!
Rich was the sales person. He was friendly and knowledgeable of all mattresses. He tuned in to my needs and preferences. He arranged ( on his day off) to have my new mattress delivered and the old one taken out to the curb. The delivery guys were great as well. I have recommended Ben's to several people I know that are looking for a mattress or other furniture.
