Called them at a very low point in my life. Made an appointment and found out my insurance would not cover this kind of therapist. Suffering from depression and did not cancel appointment as I was very embarrassed about my current financial situation. Finally built up the nerve to text and explain this and was told sorry not enough notice we are running your card for 136.00 regardless. These are the people that are supposed to help us. WOW JUST WOW Imagine I called to state I could not afford even though i really need the help so I did not get help and I still was charged.
