Joe just left my house from Benchmark Roofing. I can't say enough about the professionalism and caring I have received. I used them at the beginning of the year to do some maintenance work on my tile roof. I had gotten a few estimates at the time and Benchmark saved me so much money. Today, after discovering the source of a leak that developed over the weekend, Joe quickly resealed a flashing and called it warranty work without even charging me! It is so encouraging to know that there are still businesses that treat their customers with kindness. I will continue using them for any issues that come up in the future. I have used these people for years on my rental homes, and would never ever change to another company. Professional, knowledgeable, friendly (don't laugh, lotsa nons out there), price conscience, they CLEAN UP, they go that extra mile (or squares in this case). The only thing I am mad about is that I wasn't home when that crane put all that wood on my roof. I could have sold tickets!! There are some one star reviews on Yelp and I literally can see that they can get overwhelmed because they get so much business due to their values, compassion, and honor! I can't count the roofs they have done for me, inspection for insurance, small repairs, complete roofs. All within a good price range!
