This is the most enjoyable and best cleaning/polishing that I’ve ever had, and I’m 84 years old. Dianah was both professional and knowledgeable. She was also very empathetic, friendly and efficient. Thank you very much. Jocelyn was also friendly and efficient and very professional in the polishing of my teeth. Again, thank you very much. An A+ for the the person who hired both of these professionals. “ You did good!!!”

Whenever I walk in here for my appointments so far I feel at home. The receptionists are so welcoming and happy. The doctor dentist and the assistants know their work. They do a great job. They make sure the patient is painfree.

Friday lunch break I visited DENTAL ARTISTRY in Bend for a veneer consult on a chipped front tooth.I booked online and was seen on time in a quiet room. They examined the tooth and walked me through veneer versus crown in plain language with timelines and pricing. I left with a clear plan and less worry. Low-drama, detail-first care

I don’t recommend going here for emergency dental work. My crown popped off (of course, on a Saturday) so my regular dentist wasn’t available. I went in hoping they could temporarily reattach the crown until I could see my dentist. Once I was in the chair, the doctor told me my only option was to get a dental implant, which would take 8–10 months and cost $7,000. I asked why they couldn’t just help me in the meantime, and the response made me feel dismissed and even a bit stupid. I wasn’t ready to make such a big decision on the spot, so I left with my crown in a plastic bag. Later, I called my dentist’s emergency line, and they told me I could buy temporary dental cement at Safeway to hold the crown in place until my appointment. When I finally saw my dentist, they said I didn’t need an implant at all. There were several options to consider first. They cleaned the tooth and reattached the crown for $350. So, be cautious about going here for emergency care. In my experience, they pushed an expensive and unnecessary solution without offering reasonable temporary help.
