Bought a lovely couch at Twoheys. Needed it delivered but the salesperson did not pay attention to the number we gave her, she wrote it down wrong and then nobody was able to get hold of us. We tried many times to call the store but nobody answered. We finally were able to reach the store and set up delivery nearly 2 weeks after the purchase. I would say the staff needs to take better care of the their customers. It’s important to pay attention to the little things and confirm details like phone numbers. After spending nearly $2000 I think I’m worth it. No, I don’t feel it’s my responsibility to make sure my salesperson is paying attention.
