Id give negative if i could. I just recently moved into a apartment after living in a rv for a year, we've been having problems with the heater and thermostat. There labels are placed all over the heater so I called them to see if they can help and the guy on the phone was extremely rude, also found that there website lies as it says free consultation but the guy wanted to charge me $70 to send someone. There's a flashing light and the landlords said that the filter was changed..
The blower froze up on my furnace. Bergmann Heating and Air was able to come out within 24 hours of calling. The repairman checked to see if my furnace was still under warranty. That saved me a lot of money. The repair was done efficiently and in a timely manner. Another company was going to charge me twice as much for the repair. Thanks again for your great service!
