Do not rent from this company. Never in my life have I ever had to deal with slum lords. They dodge your phone calls with their caller ID services. Appliances are old and out dated. I had to pay to get my own floors cleaned. I have to buy new toilets. Have my clothes in spare bedroom because they want come and pant my master closet. I had to clean this place on my own. It was filthy. Do not rent from them please.....

Maria Campos was our realtor and we enjoyed working with her so much. She is outgoing and so nice. Very attentive to what we were looking for and was very responsive. I would use Maria again in a heartbeat. I also got to work a little bit with Ken I believe, the manager? And he was also so great and helpful when I had an issue with earnest money (no fault of theirs) Thank you so much! I would use them again over and over again. Very happy customer.

DO NOT RENT with these people!!! I put down a large deposit on one of their apartments. I was told by the manager Siersha that the building including the interior of the apartment will be completely upgraded and renovated.They said “new everything” So I put down an entire deposit without seeing what they meant by “renovation”. Silly me, they seemed pretty trust worthy at first. When I saw the apartment for the first time after renovations...I got sick to my stomach. Their idea of renovating was basic white paint on the walls, all the same old outdated light fixtures, new and very cheap (ugly) carpet, all the appliances were old and worn down, the kitchen cabinets were not replaced as promised and they were just repaired and looked just sad and out of place. When I asked for my deposit back, of course the manager said it was non refundable ( Ofcourse I wasent told that before hand ). I remained calm, looking for a way to get this hell hole off my hands...I asked the manager “ What if I find someone to sublease the apartment from me?” She tells me I would have to pay 400$ to process a sublease. FOUR HUNDRED DOLLARS!!! Just to get someone to take over the lease! Another bit of information they wont share with you before you sign on the dotted line. I was mortified. Im absolutely disgusted with this company. How ironic that the word “Integrity” is in their name. RENTERS BEWARE!!!
