Working with Jimmy to sell my house was a positive overall experience.  Jimmy brought a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table, which was evident from our first meeting. Jimmy provided us with wealth of knowledge and comprehensive market analysis. His marketing strategy was impressive.  Communication and game planning was next level good.  Negotiation skills were flawless.  Only reason I'm giving four stars is because the close of escrow took a lot longer than expected, with a bunch of unnecessary stops and delays I felt we should've been more aggressive on. But all in all very pleased with the results and would recommend Jimmy to anyone looking into selling their home.
