Robert SelfaisonMar 2025 Update: called on Glenn again, as we had a separate issue come up with our shower. As last time, he was excellent at responding quickly and clearly. His prices are fair, but more importantly, he is honest. Glenn explained that the parts he replaced were covered under warranty, so there was no charge for parts. I’m sure other plumbers out there would have charged me for parts anyway, and I would have had no idea. He is my go to guy. My only complaint is that he does not take credit card. But this is a very, very minor inconvenience when I consider the quality and honesty I have experienced when working with this Bernie’s Plumbing. Jan 2025: Glenn was helpful on the phone and was quick to respond. I appreciate that he resolved our kitchen sink/garbage disposal issue quickly, timely, and at a fair price. I will definitely reach out to him again if we ever need his services. Extremely competent, at least with the plumbing side of things, but I would trust him with any other of the services he offers. He gives it to you straight and I appreciate that he is a local business owner that values the companies reputation. Highly recommend.

He is someone I know I can trust which is something I can't say about other companies I used before him. Just this past week-end I needed help with a water heater issue and as usual, Glenn immediately answered the phone, came as soon as he could, and got the water heater fixed. I highly recommend Glenn and Bernie's Plumbing.

A few days later, when one of the showers had a lingering issue, he was willing to come by and replace another item for just the cost of the part. That's good service. Note that you will need to pay cash or check, no credit cards or Venmo. Overall, well worth it and highly recommended.
