I recently had an en suite shower room done and they did a wonderful job. Clean and tidy work and it looks fab. Robert designed a great shower with a very low tray making it look and feel like a wet room, very stylish. Costs were very competitive and Molly from office rang me every day to make sure I was happy with the work during the installation. Superb service from all.

My dad wanted to surprise my mum when she was on holiday so took a deal with kitchen plus but when the kitchen was fitted which cost 12,000 with interest you would have thought that included everything in the price i.e titles behind the hob, new flooring and lights. Lohh no our kitchen has been left in a state. When we asked if they were going to sort the plugs out that they filled with plastic bags and asked if they would be fitting titles they said no sorry as that will cost more even though my dads already paying 12,000. I think this company are a bunch of liers and taking hard working people for a total ride. My poor dad is left paying for a kitchen that its a total mess and half done. I would never recommend this company to anyone and if i was my dad i wouldnt pay them one penny. Im actually thinking of taking theses lot further they shouldnt be allowed to do this to innocent hard working people. They then have the cheek to ring and ask if we would like anything else done. When we addressed them about the problems we have bwen left with and are they going to be sorted they said sorry your 2 years are up. My mum wanted to complain at the very start. They said they would come back but for more money.

Sales team great at the outset, surveyors great, installation team started really well then all went downhill. Extremely rude plumbers, lack of communication and not keeping appointments, still waiting over 2 weeks later for snagging appointment. In process of cancelling bathroom installation, lost confidence completely.

The order from KitchensPlus was for supply only and to be fitted by myself. (experienced kitchen and bathroom fitter). Terrible experience from the start. Initial kitchen survey was wrong by 3 inches.(75mm) Late delivery of kitchen. Doors had to be returned in person at my expense to be machined correctly. Carcasses were not drilled to accept hinges. Screws and cabinet connectors had to be purchased as none were supplied. Machine screws for attaching handles were the wrong size leading to further purchasing and time wasted. Pan drawer facia fell off. Worst of all is that nobody will speak or return calls over the phone. Shocking...and the kitchens not finished yet! A full and comprehensive review will follow once kitchen is completed.
