I unfortunately used another company after best for a different air-conditioning unit and they are awful so I’m very happy to be going back to best where I feel like they are giving me a great product and a really good warranty for labor and parts.
Thank you David, Patrick, Eric, and Nicholas with Best Air Conditioning Plumbing Repair. They were all punctual, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Very happy with their work of installing a carbon filtration system, changed out 17 angle stops, pressure regulator valve, and washer box with valve. Just a couple photos of the work that was done. I highly recommend, will be doing more work in the future.
Best installed an evaporator cooler for my A/C. Labor was $1,500. Took two men, 4 1/2 hours. Had to remove framing around attic access. Scheduled an appointment for them to come out today for company to come back out and put back the framing. Appointment was 4-8 pm. At 8:05 PM I called and spoke with someone who called the manager and he explained to his rep that they won't get through with their current job until sometime around 9:00 PM. My wife and I went to bed because we had to get up at 4:30 am for work. Received a call from their tech, Julio, at around 9pm stating that he was on his way. I told Julio not to come because we were already in bed. Needless to say, I'm not happy. This was my wife's and my wedding anniversary. We're very disappointed. Worth noting,right after they did their diagnosis, their company ambassador Jeremy asked me to leave his company a review, on his phone, when they hadn't even done the work yet? Since then, I've received numerous requests to leave them a review, and they haven't even finished the job!
