⚠️ Be cautious with this place. I gave them my car for repairs after an accident. When I picked it up, I later discovered that half of the necessary repairs had not been done. Instead, the issues were intentionally hidden to make the car appear fully repaired at the time of pickup. When I contacted them about it, they refused to fix the remaining problems, saying they had already received the full payment from the insurance company. I strongly do not recommend dealing with them. 🛑 In response to the company’s reply: As usual, you continue to distort the truth and deny responsibility — something I’ve unfortunately come to expect from your company. I contacted you immediately after the accident, and you clearly stated that you had an authorized repair center specializing in accident-related damage. Based on your offer and assurance that the work would be done by professionals, I brought my car in for repairs. After more than a month, I received my vehicle — only to find that many of the internal damages from the accident were covered up rather than properly repaired. If you are professionals, then you are professionals in cover-ups . On top of that, the rental car you provided while my car was being “repaired” was nothing but a piece of junk with a fresh coat of paint. ⚠️ Be warned — this company is not trustworthy.

BE VERY CAREFUL WHEN PURCHASING A USED CAR FROM HERE. It’s very unfortunate that I am leaving this review because Alex the sales associate was nice and accommodating, however his kindness is in vein. I purchased a 2018 VW Tiguan and took it to my own mechanic to do safety. They sold me this Tiguan with a broken shock/spring, all 4 brakes/pads needed to be changed and to top it off, didn’t even bother filling it up for delivery. Needless to say I had to pay an additional $2000 in repairs which at this point I highly doubt their $899 safety charge would cover. Didn’t notice anything wrong during the test drive but considering they didn’t disclose this means theyre willing sell you a broken car. They push you to do a review before you even take the car off the lot. I’m glad I waited. Be careful.
