I visited the location to replace a broken key for my van, had it replaced. The same key broke again within a month, after I brought it back to them they said we can't fix it, and made me wait for half an hour without any explanation. Ended up leaving to another shop without any refund, after the staff told me to go somewhere else as they are busy and can't fix it. Pathetic customer service.

They make key for my lexus. Unfortunately key didn’t work also while doing the programing they did some big mistake and car got some other problems . I paid 500 aed but no respect for the money they took. They are asking to remove some other parts from the car and they will repair it for free . If they didn’t done their work i don’t understand why they charge 500 aed ? After i wait for one week call another team they fix it perfect . 450 i paid again. They don’t know exactly how to do it and exactly they don’t know where is the board that they need to remove the chip to programing . Unwanted stress they put on me also again money lose . I will not recommend them . After they took money not attending the call also . Before you pay make sure car key is working perfect . Dear BEST LOCK SMITH team take money from customer after you complete your work perfect.
