Gerard Hagen is the best of the best! We couldn't have had a better realtor for our first home purchase. He was informative understanding patient everything that we needed to get us through the first home purchase. If and when we are ready to purchase again Gerard will be our first Contact.

Well if there is a better realtor than Gerard Hagan, I have not yet met that person! We have numerous rental properties across the CAN/USA border, and Gerard has been, by FAR, the most diligent, thorough, and all-around fantastic realtor we have worked with. What a truly great human being to know. Not only is he knowledgeable in his field, but ensures that anything that needs to be done to help a deal get through, he does the legwork. Unprofessional and disappointing experience. My mother was interested in a specific property and made it clear to the realtor, Eve, that she did not want to be shown any other listings. Despite this, Eve continued to push unrelated properties and ignored her requests completely. To make matters worse, Eve stopped responding altogether. She hasn’t replied to emails or messages, and now my mother can’t even send emails to her—very unprofessional and concerning behavior. We’ve since taken our business elsewhere to a realtor who actually listens and communicates. Based on our experience, I would not recommend working with Eve or this company.
