Kirsten did an amazing job planning a 14 day trip to Europe for my wife, daughter and myself. I made a cold call to her and didn't give her too many specifics of what we wanted to do/see. Just an overview of visiting 3 European countries with a balance of sightseeing/rest. Armed with that limited information, she put together a terrific trip. She encouraged us to alter/change the details but we didn't change anything. Nor would we have changed anything after the 2 weeks in London, Paris and Italy. She was readily available with the myriad of questions we had prior to the trip (money, laundry, what to wear, how to pay, etc.). There is no question that we will be calling Kirsten for our next trip!
