They sent a letter to my Summer address (it's October now) saying that I hadn't paid the premium. I asked them why they would send a letter instead of just emailing me the bill (obviously I can access email from anywhere; not so with snail mail) and they didn't have an answer. The letter was sent on 8/27/25 and it eventually got forwarded to me on 10/8/25. They also said that they wouldn't be renewing the policy. My cat is elderly and I guess they don't like having to pay for his more frequent vet visits. It's now likely I won't be able to get pet insurance from any other company now because my cat is a senior. I recommend taking your money elsewhere - to a company with principles.
