I was disappointed with the service at this courier location. The staff member (a young girl working there) told me to create my own box, place all my items inside, and do the wrapping myself. She remained seated the whole time and did not offer any assistance. For a courier service, I expected at least some level of support. This felt unprofessional and not customer-friendly.
