The staff was very friendly and attentive. Clinton was there when I checked in and he explained everything in detail which was very helpful to understand the hotel itself. I could tell he’s very passionate. The room was a bit on the dirty side especially the floors and surfaces such as the desk. My room didn’t have a tv remote but I went to the front desk and they fixed it right away. Beds were comfy, room was spacious, perfect for a 1 or 2 night stay! I will say the highway noise is pretty loud and the breakfast left a lot to be desired but still enjoyed my visit!

This is a brand new hotel. The room was standard for Avid hotels with the compact set up. The shower looked nice but the door leaked water all over the bathroom floor. The check in desk person was visibly ill and wearing a poorly fitted mask which made me uneasy accepting my keys. The road noise was extreme from the highway and it didn’t seem like the windows were actually the type that blocks noise well. Additionally it is next door to a motorcycle dealership with constant revving noises going on. Breakfast was pretty good and parking was ample. The weight/exercise room was nice. ||It wasn’t terrible but I wouldn’t stay here again.

It would have been 5 star, but it is new (less than 2 months when I stayed) and they were still working out the details. They are trying hard and this should become a fine overnight stay location.

We arrived at 2:45 and check-in was 3:00. The person at the desk said the rooms weren't ready, yet, due to a full house the night before. She said to come back in an hour. About 4:00 I called back and the rooms were still not ready. So we went and ate at a local establishment and went to Costco for a few things and finally at 6PM they were ready. The staff were rude, at this point. It was the same person as before and this time she was visibly upset and voicing her opinion about working past her clock out time. I have no idea why she felt the need to include us in her diatribe. We get to the room and there was no TV remote. So I called the front desk and explained and she asked, "what do you want me to do about it?"... I asked for a member of the staff to bring one up and he did... Next I went into the bathroom to check things out and noticed there were no towels, hand towels or washcloths. For being a newly opened (May 2025) hotel combo (partnered with Candlewood Suites). The hallway cleanliness leaves something to be desired. Not at all clean. Hopefully the staffing shows improvement. This motel has some pretty nice attributes, especially if the staff were friendly and they get the rooms cleaned on time.
