Best Western Northwest Indiana Inn

Well maintained facility. Staff are hospitable and engaged. Restaurant was closed due to emergency in chef’s personal life but desk staff accommodated as much as possible. Pool heat failed and staff reacted quickly to secure service. It was fixed within hours. Standard King room was spacious w/ kitchenette & comfortable walk-in shower. Only complaint would be inability to determine whether or not the stains on the sheets were old or if the sheets had been left over from the prior guest! Ended up stripping the bed and buying sheets from a local retailer!

I understand that the hotel’s proximity to the sports complex may justify the $250 nightly rate, but unfortunately, the stay did not reflect that price point. The room had very limited lighting, and the bathroom lacked a ventilation fan, making it difficult to get ready after someone showered. Additionally, many of the electrical outlets in the lobby did not work, which made it frustrating to find one that did. As for the $15 breakfast, it was quite disappointing—offering little more than a bowl of mandarin oranges and powdered eggs. Overall, the experience fell short of expectations for the cost.

Great location for the playing fields. Room needs attention. Tv has brok n screen. Bathroom door won’t stay closed. Suggest another tv provider. These days most hotels allow the option to sign into streaming services. The guide on your tv does not display current live shows so we had to change channels to see what was showing.
