Christina R.Dieses Hotel bietet ein gutes Preis-Leistungsverhältnis. Die Zimmer sind sauber und haben eine gute Größe. Das Personal ist freundlich und hilft einen gerne weiter. Wer gerne unabhängig sein möchte die Stadt erkundet ist hier richtig. Es liegt sehr gut und man kommt zu Fuß gleich in die Altstadt. Frühstück wird Angeboten auch eine Tiefgarage gegen Aufpreis liegt beim Hotel. Es gibt genügend Restaurants in der Umgebung.
Gabriel JanySehr nettes Personal, sehr gutes Frühstück. 1 Punkt Abzug für ein großes Problem und für ein kleines. Das kleine ist, dass ich ein langes , Schwarzes Haar auf meinem Bett gefunden habe. Ich habe braune Haare. Sas Große Problem : Ich habe vor meiner Anreise einen Online Check in gemacht und bezahlt und musste dann dort vor ort nochmal bezahlen. Ich bin um 00:20 angekommen und das war natürlich etwas anstrengend.. Also musste ich samstags und sonntags drum kämpfen eine Rückerstattung zu bekommen weil ich ja sonst 2 mal bezahlt hätte... als entschuldigung gabs nicht mal ein Eis aufs Haus:( Ich hätte keine Entschuldigung erwartet, aber aus Anstand finde ich schon, dass das gegeben wäre. (Und ich weiß, dass euer restaurant Desserts hat!😂)
WolfgangMein Aufenthalt in diesem Best Western Hotel hatte Licht und Schatten. Positiv hervorzuheben ist definitiv das gemütliche Bett und das freundliche Personal an der Rezeption. Der Check-in und alle Anfragen wurden sehr zuvorkommend behandelt. Leider gab es aber auch einige Minuspunkte. Die Sauberkeit ließ zu wünschen übrig. Besonders störend waren die schmutzigen Fenster, vor denen sich sogar Spinnweben mit zum Teil dicken Spinnen befanden. Im Badezimmer waren deutliche Ablagerungen im WC sichtbar und auch geruchlich wahrnehmbar. Ein weiterer großer Kritikpunkt ist das Fehlen einer mechanischen Lüftung, sowohl im Schlafzimmer als auch im Bad. Nach dem Duschen oder der Nutzung der Toilette stand die Luft unangenehm im Raum. Insgesamt war es ein durchwachsener Aufenthalt. Das freundliche Personal und das bequeme Bett sind Pluspunkte, die mangelnde Sauberkeit und die fehlende Lüftung trüben den Gesamteindruck jedoch deutlich.
Saskia OcakZimmer sind schmutzig und hat ekelhafte Spuren sogar an den Wänden. In der Hotelhalle riecht es nach pisse und im restlichen Hotel riecht es auch nicht gut. Die Lüftung funktioniert nicht dadurch ist das schlafen in der Hitze fast nicht möglich. Sauna war zugesperrt, beim auschecken wurde mir dann gesagt ich hätte bescheid sagen müssen, danke. Für ein 4 Sterne Hotel ein Witz!
