Useless, DO NOT waste your time using their service. I had a problem with a business who was giving me very hard time fulfilling their warranty obligations. I filed complaint with BBB , the business was not collaborating and at the end BBB closed the case saying ( it was resolved but customer was not satisfied) which implied that I am the one who was mistaken, very politically careful with business. Broken system

Don’t waste your time. I filed a complaint against Orbit International Moving Logistics. Heather W was the complaint administrator. I provided numerous photos which clearly illustrated the damage and the completely inadequate manner in which the packers packed an original painting. They shoved it in a flattened box without any protection whatsoever. In its response, the company went off in a completely unprofessional and unproductive manner, flagrantly lying that the painting was in a picture box. I retained the basic flattened box which still had tons of paint scrapes left in it. It was irrefutable. I went back and forth responding to utter bullying, unprofessional nonsense from the company and in the end received this: “We understand you are NOT satisfied with the business's response, and have noted your dissatisfaction in our files. While we were unable to reach your desired resolution, the business has provided your Better Business Bureau (BBB) with its position. This matter is now closed in BBB files, and will appear in the company's BBB Business Profile as: "Answered - the business addressed the issues within the complaint, but the consumer remains dissatisfied." Somehow my complaint and all the details are missing from this business’s page and it retains an A+ rating. BBB what is the price for burying complaints? Waste of time. *note - BBB hasn’t even responded to this comment with the usual lame “please contact us to discuss your case”. Telling. EDIT: read the review from Javier of Cargo Cabbie. He is spot on. This organization is all about getting paid by businesses not about consumers.
