I rarely write reviews but as this is the Season of Giving I thought I would share some good advice. if you are even considering a move, you should talk with Sydney and Jason West. They have helped me, my family and friends throughout the years in up and down housing markets. Saved us time and money with suggestions on what we needed to do (or not do!) to sell a home. Even provided us with reputable and reasonably priced home repair contacts and helped arrange our homes to showcase their attributes. Steered us clear of places that would have caused us much buyer's remorse. Put in the time and effort to find a house that would become part of our family. Most importantly is their empathetic approach to the entire relocation process. My brother died unexpectedly and tragically. Even entering his house was a painful experience for me and my family. They were understanding, supportive and sold his house in a respectful manner that paid tribute to his memory. I hope this message will be of help to you. Happy Holidays!

Katherine Lee did an excellent job in guiding my wife and I through the purchase of our first home. She has a clear understanding of the process of buying a home and makes it simple to understand. Katherine also knows the different areas of Kansas City very well and understands the current market and how that affects decisions regarding offers, price, etc. Katherine was also eager and available to show us homes when we wanted to see them with very short notice. Understanding that today's market requires quick action when a new home becomes available, this is critical for an agent to have. We were able to look at houses within hours of them becoming available, no matter the day of the week. Katherine is very polite and was a pleasure to work with. My wife and I highly recommend her!
