May wife and I had a wonderful experience at Love Bonito! The staff, Ms Daisy, provided excellent service. She was patient, knowledgeable, and offered valuable feedback on the dresses my wife had tried on. Her honest opinion on whether the dress suited her or not was really helpful. I'll definitely be back to shop again together with my wife. Highly recommend Love Bonito and Daisy for their great service!

Made the worst mistake of not double checking after the staff at the cashier here. Asked for new piece of the set (top and skirt) but given both skirts. What's stupid was, I didn't even check. And already went back to my home country 😭 How am I supposed to wear it now? The customer service staff was actually friendly and responsive. I just regret that this happen. Can I do exchange in Love Bonito in home country? I still have the receipt. UPDATE: Ms. Jeney from the Customer Care has assisted a great deal. She helped me liaise with the retail store and help find a solution. Despite everything that happened, they have a great CS support team.
