If you wish to buy B grade products at full price, do pay them a visit. Defective product(Wash basin) received to which owner said he would send the replacement next day. But no one is picking up the phone now. Defective products are the main reason behind the discount. Do avoid at all costs.

Poor after sale service.i have purchased a one piece toilet seat from them recently.The sheet of the toilet is not working. Company personnel visited and said that the product is defective. When i called at the shop they only gave me excuses that they will check from their end and revert but no one has reverted yet. When they have to sell the product then they behave in such a manner that they will provide good after sale service but in reality they don’t take any pain for their customers. Very bad experience.
