I executed a design-build construction contract with Pi Infratech at the end of January 2025 and the project was formally handed over during the last week of December 2025, fully in line with the contractual construction duration. The total built-up area is approximately 2,400 sq.ft configured as G+2 floors. From project commencement through completion, the Pi Infratech team consistently demonstrated strong project planning, resource management, execution capability and technical coordination. Design intent, functional requirements and technical specifications were clearly understood and implemented on site with good engineering practice. The overall quality of structural work, masonry, finishes and services integration has been satisfactory and aligned with expected standards for residential construction in this segment. As is normal in any live construction project, several disputes and coordination challenges did arise during execution. However, I appreciate that all issues were resolved amicably through technical discussion, root-cause evaluation and practical engineering solutions. The team also addressed punch-list/snag items promptly and continues to provide scheduled updates for any remaining rectification works, which reflects a good approach to post-handover support and closure. I would like to specifically acknowledge Mr. Anbu, Managing Director of Pi Infratech, for his professional conduct, technical clarity and client-focused decision-making. Coming from a civil engineering background myself and currently working in project execution in the Gulf region, I can confirm that he demonstrated a sound understanding of both technical and commercial project constraints and ensured the delivery remained aligned with expectations. Overall, I consider Pi Infratech to be a technically competent and professionally managed construction organization with strong potential for future growth.
